  this just in from the 2017 annual meeting:.

  1. watchtowers and awakes won't be released regularly, at least three watchtower and awakes per year.

  6 magazines a year.. 2. a new book is being released: remain in god's love, more of an update like how they did for the what does the bible really teach book.

  what is he like in person?

  he seems deranged.

  do people get irritated at being spoken to like a 3 year old when they hear him speak?.

  I actually met him once, an acquitance of mine who was a former Bethelite took me to Brooklyn Bethel a little before they had closed up shop. We were in one of the buildings (can't remember which one) and while waiting for the elevator the doors opened and he was in it wearing a Hawaiian floral shirt and a drink in his hand and he just smiled at us, he wasn't expecting to bump into people I guess and I most certainly wasn't expecting to bump into him. I thought it was a pretty funny moment, what made it funnier was moments later I actually met Gerrit Loesch and shook hands with him. So I saw one GB member up close and actually met one, on the same day.

  I feel like at this point they can say anything at the moment, they can say that we're living in the Great Tribulation right now and that idea will be sold by everyone. Honestly I think it is pretty scary because I myself don't even know what's gonna happen.

  I think for me it was researching 607 as Jerusalem's destruction date and the huge impact on how you can't have 1914 and 1919 if Jerusalem wasn't destroyed in 607. Also the false predictions. I never thought that that actually happened and my jaw dropped when I researched it.

  Well see that's the thing, now I feel like the Witnesses I've spoken to have this "Soon the preaching work will stop" mentality and that that means Armageddon is closer and now is the time to decide to get in the ark or get off.

  A very popular reaction I'm getting is that these changes show how fast the "chariot is moving" and I've heard the whole fear doom message again. With the cutbacks of the publications, that eventually the preaching work will soon come to an end, so now is the time to decide whether to "get in or stay out"
